• Email and WhatsApp: any details you include when you contact us directly.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
• To prepare proposals, quotes, and agreements you ask for.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

This website uses only essential cookies: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token that protect the contact form from misuse. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the website:

• Hosting and email providers, which store the website and deliver the emails generated by the contact form.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare), which serve icon files. Your browser connects to these services, so they may receive your IP address.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to those conversations.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards for our business records. If you become a client, we keep project-related information for the duration of our engagement and as required for accounting and legal purposes.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example, the UK or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local data protection laws, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
